Job Description

Pool service technician apprentice responsibilities:

Assist service crew performing pool and spa openings and closings, maintenance, troubleshooting and equipment repairs and installation of safety covers.

Responsible for keeping company vehicle clean, organized and prepared for the day's tasks.

Experience & Requirements

Ability to work overtime
Mechanical knowledge
Experience with both power and hand tools
Ability to lift 50 plus pounds regularly
Dependable and punctual
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Good communication & organizational skills
Ability to learn on the job and integrate new skills quickly
Ability to take instruction

Lead service technician responsibilities:

Leading a service crew, performing pool and spa openings and closings, maintenance, troubleshooting and equipment repairs and installation of safety covers.
Responsible for keeping the vehicle clean and organized and prepared for the day's tasks.
Completion of web-based job ticket software
Communication with customers

Experience & Requirements

Mechanical knowledge
Experience with both power and hand tools
Ability to lift 50 plus pounds regularly
Dependable and punctual
Valid driver’s license
Good communication & organizational skills
Knowledge of swimming pool pumps, filters, heaters, controllers, PVC plumbing, low voltage wiring, saltwater chlorination, UV and Ozone disinfection, and water chemistry are preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidates.
