1. Choose Your Service Type We keep organizing and cleaning separate. If you want your closets or cabinets organized, that’s Prestige Elegant Organizing with Tiffany or our Deep Clean Specialist. For everything else: floors, bathrooms, kitchens that’s our cleaning service.

2. Add-On Options Want a little extra? We offer add-ons like cleaning inside cabinets and closets, but only the surfaces, no moving or sorting your stuff. Need oven or fridge cleaning? We can do that too. These extras are easy to add when you book or even during your service.

3. Set Your Schedule Pick what works for you: weekly, every other week, or monthly. We’ll set up recurring cleanings so you don’t have to think about it. Need to pause or reschedule? Just call or message Zoe, our booking consultant.

4. Tell Us Your Priorities When you book, let us know if there are spots that need extra attention or areas to skip. We’ll pass that info to your tech so they hit your priorities every time.

5. Homeowner Presence For organizing, you must be home to make decisions about what stays, goes, or donates. For cleaning, you don’t have to be there, but if you want to chat with your tech or check the work, you’re welcome.
