Fall is right around the corner, and pool closing season will be here before you know it.

One of the biggest mistakes you can make is closing a dirty pool.

Leaves, debris, algae, cloudy water, and unbalanced chemistry do not disappear when the cover goes on. What you leave behind this fall could be exactly what you find waiting for you next spring.

Before you close your pool, make sure to:

• Get the water clean and clear
