Prep day for resurface tomorrow. Started this job the second week of July. Finishing the second week of Sept.
we did a ton of work on this Renovation.
Leveled to pool 4-6” out of level.
Added 15 piers in pool.
Added 8 piers in newly built hot tub.
Built new 3 sheet water feature.
Took down every raised wall. Added footers. And drains.
Added 100’ feet give or take of wall.
Removed all decking.
Installed travertine pavers
Installed new tile.
Installed new travertine coping
Raised pool bottom 6”
Raised tanning ledge and steps 6”
New plumbing.
New electrical
New equipment
New lights
Added sod.
Added travertine bridge
Added drainage rocks
Added 6 torches.
Added gas lines.
Came in upper $200k
This client knew what they wanted and was willing to pay for it. I stayed a total of 18 nights out of town to manage this project.
Add water Friday. Fire equipment Monday. Program everything with the Hayward rep Tuesday. Job completed.
Just in time. I have signed 5 projects in last couple weeks with more on the way. Scheduling into October.
