This house beat me up... not going to lie. 😅🏡

We listed it right as the market decided to take a turn and get a little... weird.

We had interest. We went under contract. But the right buyer just never seemed to come together. There were definitely moments when I wondered what else we could do.

Then... boom. 💥

The right buyer came along, everything aligned, and we made it to the closing table in less than 30 days.

That's the thing about real estate, sometimes it's not about finding "a" buyer. It's about finding "the right buyer".

Everytime I go into my doctors office the ladies say they wish we could clean for them (but it’s tech not allowed for a patient to be contracted there). I have watched this corner be a home for a long time.🚨 (homeowner is out hunting I guess) ..

-the walls are filthy (a quick wipe would be so easy)
-baseboards are grosss!
-sink looks like it’s never had a good disinfection 🧽
-floors need some good cleaning!

Point is these office ladies are non stop busy, that is why this places pays for cleaning a few times a week.
