Our product (cleaning agent) is an EPA registered one step cleaner and disinfectant. It is effective against a broad range of bacteria, viruses and fungi and inhibits the growth of mold and mildew.
Yielding over 61 KILL CLAIMS our “Advantage Package TEX-Q” has proven efficacy against the most common clean room bacteria, viruses and fungi including MRSA, PSEUDOMANA, H5N1 AND HIV-1 at 210 minutes contact time. Colorless and odorless (free of dyes and fragrances) means no respiratory irritation.

Our staff is fully trained for application and ready to give you the advantage of an added disinfectant to your regular routine.
We also offer “ADVANTAGE ONLY” packages as an upgrade to your current routine or as an add on service.
TEX-Q does have kill claims against Human Coronavirus but will not guarantee against spread of
COVID-19.
