Couple things. 1. House Mouse Services LLC does NOT offer electrical or plumbing services. We have referrals or the larger projects, the subcontractors have their own in house electricians. 2. We do not offer pest control, but we partner with a licensed pest control company to do the remediation, and then we go in and do all of the repairs and cleaning. 3. The only specialty license that we have is junk removal, yes that is a thing... so any specialty contractors are either referrals or subcontractors such as roofing, HVAC, asbestos, etc...

The reason why we offer all of these services is because our niche is with the senior community, and they do not have the mental or physical capacity to get the estimates, permits, schedule inspections, etc. House Mouse Services LLC orchestrates everything as a comprehensive service or has trusted contractors that share the same values as we do.

Out of all the trades we offer, crawlspaces are my favorite! Prepared this area for encapsulation (not my company). Customer was absolutely happy and recommended us to another customer which I already bid another crawlspace job in Ocean Shores! House Mouse Services LLC does crawlspace and attic clean up/ insulation and v***r barrier installations.

12 rats. 1 mouse. 1 dead cat. 2 sump pumps ( i am not expert but I dont think a rubber maid bucket is up to code) and 6 yards of insulation! I am sore and ready for a pressure washing with a nap!

House Mouse Services LLC orchestrated one of our biggest projects to date! We were only hired for the drywall, patience was a virtue with this job due to the framers (not us) doing whatever they did. I absolutely enjoyed this project because I got to see so many steps to building a house and learned a lot about home inspections. The owner and I were in close contact every step of the way. House Mouse Services LLC was out and about today doing research on flooring. We now have a vendor that offers a warranty for wheelchair damages. Starting at $7 a square foot for demo of existing flooring, proper disposal and install of LVP. As always, free consultation and we bring the samples into your home!
