Deep cleaned a 4000 ft.² home, cleaned a 4000 ft.² rental TWICE. Cleaned two 3000ft.² + homes, a few other rentals sprinkled in, and sealed the deal with the clubhouse floors all within a week-Blew my knees and my back out..Needless to say I won’t be doing that ever again. I have my back brace loaded up and purchased some knee pads so I can be a fancy and safe gal in her mid 30’s 🤣

Just up the road from Black Sands Beach, this home was created for making memories. Whether you’re relaxing in the spa pavilion, hanging out in the under-the-sea game room, enjoying the huge outdoor spaces, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings, there’s something here for everyone.

We still have a few finishing touches, but trust me… this one is worth the wait. 🖤 Stay tuned for the full reveal- and thanks Sheryl and Jami for helping me finalize everything. Appreciate you both to the moon!

Property management is not for the weak- and can be a thankless job sometimes. Most of what we do happens behind the scenes—coordinating cleaners, handling maintenance, answering late-night messages, solving problems before guests ever know they existed, and doing everything we can to make each stay feel effortless.

Lately, though, I’ve received several incredibly kind guest reviews, and they’ve honestly made my week.

There’s something so rewarding about knowing that all the behind-the-scenes work created a memorable experience for someone’s vacation. Helping families make memories, celebrating special occasions, and giving people a place where they can truly relax is why I do this job (on top of all of my others 🤪)

Cleaning this mega beast is not for the weak!
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s to have at LEAST 3 girls on if the house is 3000 ft.² or more.
This ensures that we can get into every nook and cranny every single time. Every single time spiderwebbing gets done, baseboards get done, slider tracks get done- when a guest is paying a premium price for a luxury stay, everything needs to be perfect every time.
I love cleaning this place 🤩 and the guests have been loving it too! Thanks Kayla and Kelly for working with me to keep this place shining - so far so good !
