Hot water extraction at a temperature of 150+ degrees is considered "Steam Cleaning" and is the preferred method of carpet cleaning. Our price to steam clean carpet is .26 cents per square feet. then steam rotary extraction. We have no hidden cost! However, we do offer optional carpet protector (stain guard) to be applied after carpets are cleaned if you request it. Carpet protector repels dirt & stains. It also keeps carpet traffic areas from packing down as quick to protect the carpet longer between cleanings. Our price to apply protector and rake it in to be sure it is evenly spread on carpet is .13 cents a square feet. It's totally your choice but we do recommend it if your carpets are in good shape & you don't plan on replacing your carpet in the near future.
