💜🩵 GIVEAWAY FOR A GOOD CAUSE 🩵💜

September is Su***de Prevention & Awareness Month, and I wanted to do something small to help make a difference. 🌤️

If you’ve ever struggled with suicidal thoughts, I hope you know this: you are not alone, you are not worthless, and you are not a burden. Whatever you’re going through right now does not determine your worth or what your future can look like. You deserve to be here, even on the days when it’s hard to believe that yourself. 🩵

I’m putting together a little basket with just enough things for someone to enjoy a little cleaning in their own space. I’m including one of my favorite products: OdoBan, a microfiber cloth, scrubby, notebook, tshirt, & maybe some smaller surprises, we’ll just have to wait & see 😊

I’m asking for donations starting around $5, with 100% of what’s raised being donated to the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention!

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how much I want to post more videos. 🎥 I have SO many things I want to share, teach, and talk about… and eventually, I will.

But honestly? Sometimes life just feels like you’re constantly falling behind in one area or another.

When you’re raising little kids, trying to keep up with your home, running a business, managing a million little responsibilities, and dealing with anxiety, depression, or just plain mental exhaustion… it can feel impossible to stay on top of everything.

And sometimes the first thing to fall behind is the house. 🏠

Then the mess makes you feel more overwhelmed.
The overwhelm makes it harder to get started.
And before you know it, something that started as “I’ll get to it tomorrow” feels completely unmanageable.

That’s one of the reasons I care so much about what I do.

Cleaning isn’t just about having a spotless house. Sometimes it’s about giving someone a fresh starting point when they’ve been struggling to create one for themselves.

Sometimes you don’t need someone to judge you or ask how it got this way. You just need someone to walk through the door and say, “Okay. We’ve got this.” 🤎🌱

So yes, I’m going to keep working on getting more comfortable showing up on video and sharing more of the real, messy, behind-the-scenes parts of life and business.

Because I know I’m not the only one who sometimes feels like they’re doing their absolute best… and still somehow falling behind.

And if that’s you, I see you. 🌷

Story time 📖✨

My siblings & I are beyond lucky to have two grandparents who added SO much to our childhood. ❤️

I remember whenever they would come over, our grandma was always a little strict about us cleaning our rooms and putting our laundry away. 😂 As little kids, we definitely let it annoy us a bit… but after that happening almost monthly, we got used to it! We’d make sure everything was picked up before and during their visits.

Fast forward to this past weekend… my siblings & I planned our first sleepover with our grandparents as adults! All three of us made room in our busy schedules, and we had the absolute best time together.

I brought some cleaning supplies along and asked what needed the most attention. While Payton did some Halloween decorating, & Luke helped our grandpa, I spent about an hour giving back to them in a small way. ❤️

Unfortunately, my grandma isn’t able to move around like she used to. Cleaning was always something she took pride in, but she simply isn’t able to do nearly as much as she would like anymore.

And while my grandpa is the absolute best there is. He takes such good care of her and handles so much of what the house needs, after everything he does, there just isn’t always the time or energy left for those deeper cleanings that can easily go unnoticed.

So I was really happy to be able to give their beautiful kitchen a little refresh. I deep cleaned their oven and microwave, and honestly, it felt like so much more than just cleaning.

I’ve always looked up to my grandma, even when it comes to cleaning. She definitely set the bar high for me at a young age.

And this weekend was the first time I’ve ever really gotten the chance to show her what I can do.

It was such a small way to give back to two people who have given me so much. 🌿❤️

From the early mornings to the long days, the jobs nobody sees and the work that often goes unrecognized… your hard work matters. ❤️

Today, I especially want to acknowledge my two amazing cleaners who continue to show up, work hard, and help make Strong Roots what it is. I’m incredibly grateful for both of you! 🌱

And to the rest of my family who have stepped up, pitched in, and supported me and my business in so many different ways… thank you. This business may have started with me, but it certainly hasn’t grown because of me alone. It truly takes a village. ❤️

We may be working today, but we’re proud of the work we do and grateful for every person who helps us keep growing.

You can CLEAN - SANITIZE - DISINFECT
All with their product!

My favorite places to use it? In the bathroom for disinfecting toilets, it can prevent mold/mildew growth in showers, and even be used on glass! (With a glass polishing towel)

This is such an affordable and simple way to implement cleaning habits. They have $10 gallons at dollar tree’s for you to refill your own spray bottle!

Sometimes life gets heavy, and our homes can reflect that. 🤎

What starts as a few things getting away from us can slowly become overwhelming, and asking for help can feel incredibly vulnerable.

These clients are also longtime family friends, which made being trusted with something so personal mean even more to us. They gave us permission to share this transformation because they hope it can remind someone else that there is no shame in asking for help.

We had the absolute honor of helping them take back their space and give them a fresh start. Watching the transformation, and seeing how much lighter the home felt afterward, was so rewarding. 🥹

Thank you to my amazing team: Mom & Misty 💕 couldn’t do this without you guys, you both are not only incredibly detailed hard workers- you’re also so generous and nonjudgmental when it comes to walking into someone’s home.
