Doing the right thing always feels right.

Recently, a customer accidentally left cash behind while doing their laundry. When we found it, we were able to look back through our security cameras, identify who it belonged to, and make sure it made its way safely back to them.

We placed the envelope inside their completed dryer so it would be there waiting when they returned for their laundry.

At North Main Laundry, we believe the little things matter. Honesty, kindness, and doing what’s right—especially when no one is watching—are values we will always stand by.

We are grateful for the trust our community places in us every day, and we are thankful for each and every person who chooses to do their laundry with us.

We restocked our favorite cups for an upcoming event and it reminded us…

North Main Laundry is more than just a laundromat.

Over the years, the North Main Laundry logo has become something we try to see just about everywhere. It’s on jerseys and team sponsorship shirts. It’s hanging on banners along the fence at local sports fields. It’s riding around on coolers, cups, koozies, t-shirts, hats, beanies, fans, umbrellas… you name it… in all kinds of places we never imagined.

And every single time we see it, we’re reminded of something bigger.

That logo isn’t just a business name…

It’s the families who have trusted us with their laundry.
It’s the customers who stop in every week and know us by name.
It’s the kids playing ball under a sponsored banner.
It’s the conversations, friendships, and support from a community that has embraced a small family-owned business for 26 plus years.

What started as a laundromat became something much more. It became a part of our community’s story… and you all helped make that happen.

So when we spot our beloved NML logo out and about whether it’s on a cup in someone’s hand or a shirt at the ballpark, please know that we don’t take it for granted… it truly brings our heart joy. And we’re incredibly thankful for every person who has helped make North Main Laundry more than just a place to wash clothes.

…after seeing our signs and hearing every speaker announcement about NOT doing exactly that. 👀 👈🏼

Please don’t leave your laundry in any machine past the paid for cycle time. This takes machines away from other customers, especially during our busiest times. And yes, we absolutely will pull the laundry to a cart if another customer is waiting on a machine.
