I also like to spend some extra time understanding the areas of concern and everything that is important to you, I want to be sure nothing is missed. Finally, we can discuss the cleaning products you are currently using and what cleaning products have or have not worked well in your home. Our commitment to you begins long before we begin arrive to perform a home cleaning service. All of our employees must pass a background check and successfully complete our Professional Residential Cleaning training program. Our crew leaders train each new employee in several homes where we clean the home together to apply what has been learned. Once I am satisfied the new employees are allowed to work as part of a team under the supervision of a crew leader. You can take comfort in knowing that any problems or concerns will be addressed immediately.
