GETTING STARTED
The DustBusters MO system of establishing and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene has three steps:
1.Consultation
We will visit the residence to determine the current state of cleanliness. The walk-through will help determine the best services and packages available to you, the customer. Here we can also establish a baseline for future cleanings (daily, we
ekly, monthly, yearly). The initial consultation is free and this is where we want to establish current cleaning needs as well as a maintenance schedule should the customer choose more frequent cleanings for the residence or specific rooms/areas.
2.Baseline Clean
Here we will establish the amount of time and tasks required to complete the requested cleaning package. The customer can then provide feedback as to whether they were satisfied or would like to add-on or remove cleaning services from the package for the best cleaning fit. We will be sure to take before and after photos of the spaces that are being cleaned so that the customer can get sense of what is happening as regular cleaning occurs (should the customer choose to do a more frequent cleaning package also, or for organizational/declutter requests).
3.Maintenance
Your customized cleaning plan begins right away. Cleaning project managers will continually monitor and assess the cleaning teams to ensure the plan continues to meet your needs and modify the plan to accommodate changes and demands of the current home situation. We can also revisit prices and budgeting should there be a need to adjust due to current circumstances. We are always willing to work with the customer to meet their needs in a way that benefits both parties.
