🚨 Scam Alert – Please Read and Share 🚨

We have been made aware that individuals claiming to represent The Lucky Trashmen are going door-to-door telling customers that our company has been sold to them and that customer accounts have outstanding balances.

This is a scam.

Please do not give these individuals any cash, checks, credit card information, or any other form of payment. Unfortunately, we have confirmed that at least one customer in the Crooksville area has already been victimized.

If someone comes to your door making these claims:

• Do not make a payment.
• Ask them to leave your property.
• Contact our office immediately to verify any account information.
• If you feel threatened or believe fraudulent activity is occurring, contact your local law enforcement agency.

We appreciate everyone helping spread the word to protect our community from these scammers. Thank you for your continued trust and support.

*Wednesday - Garbage Day will be Thursday
*Thursday - Garbage Day will be Friday
*Friday - Normal Garbage Day

-Office will be closed Monday 5/25/26
-Make sure garbage is out the night before your service day
- No Return pickups will be made

Service Update – Monday, February 23, 2026

Our trucks are operating and providing service today. However, due to current weather conditions, service may be delayed in areas where roads are unsafe for travel. If your road is not safely accessible, your pickup will be postponed until next week.

The safety of our drivers is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding during inclement weather conditions.

Please use caution if you are traveling today, and stay safe.

Service scheduled for this week will be delayed by one day, except for Friday’s service, due to adverse weather conditions. If your road is unsafe for travel, service will be rescheduled for next week.

Please note that no return pickups will be made if garbage is not placed out for collection.

Ensure that dumpsters have a clear and unobstructed path to allow for proper servicing.
