For years, Leckrone Sanitation Inc. has worked hard to keep our rates affordable while continuing to provide dependable service to our communities.

We have absorbed the rising costs of fuel, disposal, insurance, equipment, maintenance, and other expenses for as long as we could. Unfortunately, we can no longer absorb the full increase.

Starting with your next billing cycle, there will be a $1.50 per month increase for residential customers who do not have a contracted rate. **Contracted Rates are within the villages of Corning, Shawnee and Murray City)

This was not a decision we made lightly. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support of our locally owned business.

Tuesday
*Tuesday - Garbage Day will be Wednesday
*Wednesday - Garbage Day will be Thursday
*Thursday - Garbage Day will be Friday
*Friday - Normal Garbage Day

-Office will be closed Monday 9/7/26
-Make sure garbage is out the night before your service day
- NO Return pickups will be made

Due to flooding and unsafe road conditions in several areas, we are unable to provide trash collection services today in some locations.

Service will be delayed until next week on your regular service day.

Attention Leckrone Sanitation Inc. Customers

We had another report of this scam today 8/6/26 in the Crooksville area.

🚨 Scam Alert – Please Read and Share 🚨

We have been made aware that individuals claiming to represent The Lucky Trashmen are going door-to-door telling customers that our company has been sold to them and that customer accounts have outstanding balances.

This is a scam.

Please do not give these individuals any cash, checks, credit card information, or any other form of payment. Unfortunately, we have confirmed that at least one customer in the Crooksville area has already been victimized.

If someone comes to your door making these claims:

• Do not make a payment.
• Ask them to leave your property.
• Contact our office immediately to verify any account information.
• If you feel threatened or believe fraudulent activity is occurring, contact your local law enforcement agency.

We appreciate everyone helping spread the word to protect our community from these scammers. Thank you for your continued trust and support.
