Job description
Assisting with the construction of new pools/spas and renovation of existing pools/spas. Tasks include but are not limited to:
Setting up and breaking down the job site, tools, and equipment
Loading and unloading needed tools, equipment, and supplies from the pickup truck
Light duty maintenance(cleaning, lubing, storing) of construction tools, vehicles, and equipment
Maintaining full charge on batteries, full tanks on equipment, sharp blades in saws, and full supplies needed to build/renovate swimming pools
Brushing/hosing/tidying work areas as needed
Mixing materials and delivering to installers
Cleaning cement covered tools and equipment as needed by the crew
Assist with all parts of the Shotcrete Pool/Spa installation process
Cleaning of trucks, maintaining the stock of tools and equipment, emptying refuse barrels, Sweeping floors, and general cleaning.

Skills needed should include:
Proper use and application of Personal Protective Equipment including but not limited to respirators, safety glasses, gloves, and boots
Ability to safely lift/carry buckets up to 50 lbs and material sacks up to 100 lbs
Ability to read a tape measure to the 1/16th of an inch or 1 mm
Safe operation of handheld power tools including but not limited to drills, drivers, saws, nailguns, and jackhammers
Proper dress for outdoor conditions including but not limited to direct sunlight, rain, wind, heat, and cold
Small equipment operation including but not limited to trash pump, mortar mixer, plaster mixer, air compressor, and shotcrete pump. Previous experience not necessary but willingness to learn is. Previous experience on similar equipment (for example, a tractor) a plus.
Ability to positively maintain a neat and tidy work environment for yourself and others.
Safely operate 1-ton pickup trucks with trailer attached (Valid Driver’s license required)
