A new item has been added to my cleaning form. I honestly did not think it was necessary to have to write this out in so much detail, but a recent situation has prompted me to do so.
Disclosure for New Clients: If the property is not as described, photos do not match, or information that was provided not as described. (If the property is in worse shape, if biohazards like mold, f***s, etc are present, you will be informed that we are unable to proceed with the scheduled cleaning (referred to an outside service if needed like hazmat cleanup, exterminator, etc) and the client will be charged a 50% (of the initial price) as a rescheduling/cancellation fee. If you cancel/reschedule without at least 72hrs notice the fees are: Deep Cleaning $140 and General Cleaning $100. These fees will be due at the time of cancellation/rescheduling.
If this applies: Please let me know if you plan on selling your house, if this is a moving out/in cleaning, remodeling clean, etc. If contractors, movers, etc are in the home of your scheduled cleaning and we are unable to do our scheduled work or you need to reschedule due to any of the following without at least 7 days notice you will be required to pay 50% of the agreed on price as a cancellation/rescheduling fee. These types of cleanings I require extra labor and need to know ahead of time. The fee will be due on the day of cancellation or date of service.

I do my very best at each and every job, I do my due diligence in explaining to clients if I run into an issue and try to either refer them to services or explain to them what they need to do to fix it. If there is something that I missed, or that you want it done that maybe wasnāt initially discussed prior, etc⦠please reach out to me within 48 hours. I have recently had someone try to reach out to me, after it had been a MONTH from when I completed their service saying that they were unhappy and wanted half the money refunded to them. I have only had two instances where a client has been unhappy with their provided services. The first one was that they wanted extra services than what they paid for and this most recent one was the house and photos were not as described. The house was in biohazard condition, an exterminator was needed, and it was supposed to be a deep clean for resale and staging. ļæ¼
