Weekly Pool Maintenance fee schedule
Salt water and Chlorine pools
2019 Summer Season

Pool maintenance an upkeep is vital not only for the safety of the water that you swim in but also for the life of your pool.
Services are available as needed, scheduled weekly, scheduled monthly and scheduled seasonal. Chemicals added on visits will vary and are in addition to the service fees listed below

Standard weekly Maintenance scheduled per visit instead of monthly : $75.00
8 point eval and treatment of water. Chemicals additional.
Water balancing with chemistry report
skimming pool surface
filter maintenance, cleaning
back wash when needed
brushing walls
adding water if needed
skimmer basket cleaning

Regularly Scheduled services are available at discounted rates.
Monthly Scheduled weekly services scheduled each month
$60 per visit= $240/ month

Seasonal Scheduled weekly services : $50 per visit= $200/ month. Scheduled seasonal weekly visits for summer season include June, July and August.

Payment for monthly services are due at the 1st of each month.

Sweeping : $40
in addition to weekly service as needed. Vacuuming the pool walls and bottom of pool.

Sand filter exchange: $120 + sand
Remove old sand, inspect system, insert new sand and restart filtration.
