Looking for 1-2 people to clean, garden, and maintain our home and rental in Sevierville.

We are looking to fill position soon or in a few weeks to a month, so it may take a minute to get back to you.
• This is a perfect job for individual/s, retired couple, or friends looking for extra income who have "Flexible" schedules. We are paying by the hour.
• A single home, but we need cleaning 3-4 times a month on average during busy season.
• Most cleans will be scheduled on the weekend, but some cleans fall during week.
You would need to be available between 10-5:00.
•The laundry will need to be done off sight in your home as there is no time to do laundry in between guests. (There is a second set of laundry) This job requires you to have a washer and dryer in your home.
•We will supply the cleaning supplies, and detergents, TP, paper towels, soaps, garbage bags etc.
Guest check out and check in often on the same day so it can be a fast paced job that is physically demanding.
We are looking for long term employees.
• You would need to have a Paypal, Zelle account other online payment source to accept payments
• You will need an SUV or truck to haul 10 or more bags of trash after guests depart to the dump located just a few miles from our house
• You need to live within 30 minutes from our house zip 37876
• You need to have a clean record and photo ID and Good References.
