To Our Valued Customers,

It is with a mixture of gratitude and sadness that we are writing to inform you that our time with Capital City Sewer Service, Inc. has come to an end, we will be selling the business to Bayly’s Septic Service, LLC. We wanted to take a moment to express our sincerest appreciation for the trust you have placed in us and the valuable relationship we have built over the years.

During our tenure at Capital City Sewer Service, Inc., it has been an incredible privilege to serve you and witness the growth and success we have achieved together. Your support, loyalty, and collaboration have been instrumental in the accomplishments we have made with customers like yourselves.

As we move on to pursue our retirement, we want to assure you that our departure does not signify a decline in the level of commitment and dedication that Bayly’s Septic Service, LLC holds towards its clients and customers. The company will continue to uphold its unwavering commitment to delivering excellent products and services, exceeding your expectations, and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

We would like to take this opportunity to introduce our successors, Dale & Helen Younker, who will be taking over our responsibilities. Dale & Helen are experienced professionals who share the same values and principles that have guided Capital City Sewer Service, Inc. throughout the years. Good morning! Just a little bit of information that you may want to know. Yes, we are considered essential and will continue to provide you with our service. From this point forward payment is required at the time you schedule your appointment. We accept Visa and Mastercard. If you wish to pay by check it must be on your front door when we arrive. The reason for this change is that we have a lot of customers who are not paying their invoices and we have been forced to pay the disposal fee with A. A. County even though the customer did not pay. So sorry we have to take this action but we need to protect our business. Finally, we pray that you all stay safe and healthy through this pandemic.

Where do I begin this post? I think you can tell from the pictures what the last month has been like. Our tank imploded and then we had to rebuild the entire truck. We want to THANK everyone who helped us get back to work. Zack Wright of ALL DUTY Repairs
for all the lifting he did with this tank. Johnny Haislip for painting our truck and made it look like a million dollars, taping the truck for paint and all the other work you did. Our employee, Brian Harr
for all of your hard work from sanding, taping, polishing, lifting, and the list goes on. Buddy Buser for allowing us to use your garage, doing all the electrical works, and the list goes on for you too, thank you for being such a GREAT son! Jamie Richardson
for working hard on all the vinyl work (which I have to take pictures of and post). You are always there for us and you are a BEAUTIFUL daughter, inside and out. Teresa Beaumont of A & R Body & Frame, for bringing home all the paint samples and ordering all the paint along with all the other stuff that goes along with the paint, the tape, paper, etc. You are always there for us Teresa & Rob when we need you. If I missed anyone, I'm so sorry as my head is still spinning that we have such a beautiful masterpiece because of you all. ❤
