10 Years of Bravos Detailing
Since 2016😎🔥🔥🔥🔥
It’s hard to believe that 10 years have gone by.
When I look back at where Bravos Detailing started and where we are today, I’m reminded of how faithful God has been through every step of this journey.
Bravos didn’t start in a beautiful facility with all the equipment and tools we have today. It started in my dad’s shop with a dream, a willingness to work, and a lot of prayer.
In the beginning, I worked two jobs for nearly two years while trying to build something of my own. There were many nights I would work until 3:00 am. in the morning and get back up at 6:00 am. to be at my first job. There were times my parents didn’t see me for almost two weeks because I was getting home after they had already fallen asleep and leaving before they woke up.
Those were some of the hardest seasons of my life, but they taught me what sacrifice really meant.
I remember those late nights in my dad’s shop, buffing vehicles long after everyone else was gone. There was no air conditioning, just the West Texas heat, hard work, and a lot of prayer.
Sometimes I would look into the reflection of the paint and see my dad’s barbecue pit, his tools, and the shop where it all began. At that time, I couldn’t see the full picture, but I trusted that God had a plan and that if I continued to work hard, something would come from it.
I owe a huge thank you to my mom and dad.
My dad worked hard for that shop, and he allowed me to use something he had built when I was just trying to get started. He trusted me with that space and allowed me to learn, grow, and work on customer vehicles—even knowing the responsibility and risk that came with it.
That opportunity gave me the foundation to build Bravos Detailing. Mom and Dad, thank you for believing in me, supporting me, and allowing me to chase a dream when there was no guarantee of where it would lead.
After taking the leap and leaving my second job, I went mobile detailing for years. Many people in this community remember seeing me show up wherever the work was, doing whatever it took to build a reputation and earn people’s trust.
Eventually, I had the opportunity to move into a rental shop, where we spent about three years continuing to grow. We learned, improved, and built the foundation for what Bravos would become.
Along the way, I learned that chasing a dream requires sacrifice. That was one of the hardest pills to swallow.
There were many things I had to give up to keep investing back into the business. One that still makes me laugh today was selling my toy truck and driving a 1998 single-cab Dodge Dakota for three years. It definitely wasn’t the vehicle I dreamed of driving, but it represented a choice to invest in the future instead of what I wanted in the moment.
Three years ago, I was blessed with the opportunity to build and move into our own facility.
When I walk through that building today, I think about where it all started. From reflections of my dad’s tools in a freshly polished vehicle, to having a shop that we built through years of hard work, sacrifice, faith, and the support of this community.
But the truth is, this story was never built by me alone.
Every customer who trusted us with their vehicle.
Every person who recommended us to a friend.
Every review, share, referral, and word of encouragement.
You all played a part in getting us here.
Seminole has supported Bravos through every stage—from my dad’s shop, to mobile detailing, to rental locations, and now our own facility. That kind of support is something I will never take for granted.
I thank God every day for the opportunities He has given me, for always providing even when I couldn’t see the path ahead, and for placing incredible people in my life.
After 10 years, what I’m most proud of isn’t just the building, the equipment, or the vehicles we’ve worked on. It’s the relationships we’ve built and the trust we’ve earned.
