✔ Water damage mitigation and structural drying (preferred)
✔ Mold remediation experience is a plus

Sometimes a repair turns into a little more than expected 👇
We had to cut out a section of flooring that ran into this closet to properly complete a larger patch. Instead of leaving it mismatched, we went ahead and installed new hardwood planks inside the closet to keep everything seamless and looking right.
