To put a face with a name at Shianna's Cleaning ! We are Shianna Cowell and Cesilee Graham! We have 1 big task and it is to simply love people! Whether we clean your home or business or you work for the company; its to simply love you and make your life better!
This isnt something we take lightly or do half hearted. This is time away from our own families, sleepless nights and working very hard to just to make a difference. Part time and full time options available! We work around almost any schedule needed!

🧽Shianna’s Cleaning is expanding, and we're excited to announce new job opportunities! We’re looking for dedicated individuals for our dayshift crew. Monday–Friday, starting between 8:00–8:30 AM. Dayshift starts at $12/hr and you’ll work in teams! Employees are eligible for performance-based wage increases following a formal review within the first 30 to 60 days of employment.
🧹Must have a smartphone
🧹Dependable childcare
🧹Reliable vehicle
🧹Determined, teachable, and able to pass a drug test
🧹Attention to detail is a must

Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions:
🧺Mobility: Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead continuously for shifts up to 6-8 hours.
🧺Ascending/Descending: Ability to climb and balance on stairs and ladders.
🧺Lifting: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies weighing up to 15 pounds.
🧺Chemical Exposure: Continuous, daily exposure to industrial-strength cleaning agents, detergents, solvents, disinfectants, and chemical fumes.
🧺Animal/Allergen Exposure: Frequent daily exposure to residential and commercial environments containing pet dander, animal hair (cats, dogs, etc.), dust mites, mold, and other common environmental allergens.
🧺Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Ability to wear required PPE, including gloves, safety glasses, or face masks as needed during shifts.
