Moore’s Pool Service is Hiring! 2 Pool Technician Jobs Available

$400 Signing bonus if you have previous experience, to be paid out once you have finished training and become an employee (after 3 months)

We are a successful, family owned pool company in business since 1989, and we are looking for pool technicians to start immediately for commercial and residential cleaning routes valley-wide. This is a well-paying job, with a group insurance plan available, half paid by the employer.

You must be neat in appearance, be friendly and personable, have a valid driver's license, be a self-starter, able to work independently, as well as be honest and hard-working. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to provide training if you have exceptional drive and motivation.

You must have your own reliable truck (or SUV with open back), have a smartphone on which you can download Voxer App and the Skimmer Pro App, and be willing to pick up chemicals at pool supply stores on an as needed basis (including dropping off 50lb buckets to customers).

DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

1. Clean and maintain swimming pools.

2. Operate filters and pumps.

3. Monitor, and maintain chemical testing and control equipment.

4. Backwash swimming pools.

5. Brush, skim, and vacuum pool surfaces.

6. Balance water chemistry.

7. Maintain accurate service records by communicating with the office staff and be familiar with technology to input service records in Skimmer App.

8. Load and unload truck, transport, lift and carry pool equipment and supplies.

9. Perform other related duties as required.

Full-time positions available. With experience cleaning pools, starting pay is $4,400 per month. Base salary for an employee is $4,000 per month, with more earning potential available (based on the quality of your work). Moore’s Pool Service is currently servicing - Scottsdale, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, and Cave Creek. Gas Reimbursement and benefits are also a part of the employee package.* Positions are available immediately and subject to a 30 to 90 day review period.
