Now that "cooler" Fall weather has arrived, more people are entertaining in the backyard and turning on the pool lights for some backyard ambiance. If the pool light (or both spa & pool light) do not turn ON when you flip the switch, you may just have a tripped GFCI.
In that case, simply find the GFCI (it's usually located near the box where you turn on your pool lights) and check to see if it has been "tripped". On all GFCI receptacles, there are 2 buttons. One is the "reset" button (red button in image below) and one is a "test" button (black button in photo). When a GFCI is tripped, the reset button will be popped out further than the test button. Push the reset button back in and try turning on the pool lights again at the switch. If the lights still don't work or if it pops the GFCI again, please contact us and we'll send our qualified repair tech to diagnose the problem. There could be water in the fixture or the bulb is burned out.
