For the past 8 years, Drew Hayes has been the heart and foundation of Hayes Hat Company. What he built goes far beyond hats—it’s a brand rooted in passion, grit, and the kind of authenticity people are drawn to. Drew is one of the most talented hat shapers out there, but more than that, he’s one of the most genuine, kind-hearted people you’ll ever meet. The kind of person who takes the time, shows up for others, and leaves a lasting impression wherever he goes.
Hayes Hat Company became what it is today not just because of Drew—but because of the people who stood beside him along the way.
To every customer, every friend, every hand that helped in the booth, every late night, every show, every conversation—thank you. Thank you for believing in the brand, for supporting Drew, and for being part of something that meant so much more than just business. You all played a role in shaping this journey, and that will never go unnoticed.
As Drew steps into a new chapter, he passes Hayes Hat Company on to AJ, owner of Whiskey Ranch Hat Company. While it’s bittersweet, there’s also so much excitement in what’s ahead. AJ brings his own passion and vision, and there’s no doubt this brand will continue to grow in great hands.
Drew—thank you for everything you’ve built, and for the impact you’ve had on so many of us.
