Just a few reminders:
I am only one person.. when this business was orginally started it was two of us.
However now it’s just myself (Brielle). I sometimes offer cleanings on the weekend (if I’m not working my other job).
However I’m technically not open on weekends, therefore please be patient if I don’t respond on the weekend. (I have 4 kids that will ALWAYS come first).

With that being said… there will no longer be any refunds given before service is complete. For example…. You can’t pay for a scheduled service, and ask for a refund before completed. I am more than willing to reschedule things, work with you etc, but I won’t be accepting a job, getting paid for it, then someone being upset I didn’t answer over the weekend and wanting a refund. (Again kids and family will always come first) I’m one message or text away, phone calls can’t always be answered as you’d be met with some screaming children and choas. (Especially on the weekend, im not technically open)

I pay a fee everytime someone pays for a service through my site: it’s A lot too, last year I paid $4700 in processings fees. So when paying ahead of time then asking for a refund, im not only paying you back, but I’m out $75-100 out of my own pocket.

Going to look into changing things up, seeing if there is a way to charge deposits thay are non refunded-able?!
Never had this happen till now, but wanting to avoid this issue coming up again.

To avoid burnout this year I will only be accepting 3 clients a week.
Available days will be Monday/Wednesday/Fridays
Unless otherwise approved by me!

Safety is top priority, all cushions are removed and re attached. Will double check everything is re attached properly before returning, and will ask parents to do a final look over before re-installing seat.
Pickup, clean and return within 24 hours.
