I wanted to take a moment to address the impact of cancellations on our schedule. This month, we've had 10 cancellations with no reschedule, which unfortunately leaves gaps in our schedule. This is not the norm but as you know, I reserve a spot for each client, and when cancellations happen, it not only affects our ability to plan but also means we’re unable to fill that time.
I truly value our time together, and I understand that things come up, but I’d kindly ask that you be mindful of our scheduling. I put a lot of effort into organizing and accommodating everyone, and consistent cancellations make it difficult to maintain a smooth flow for all clients.
