Installation of a domestic water filtration & UV systems for the purpose of protecting the customers systems and fixtures in the event of main breaks, hydrant flushing, city fires causing large pressure drops in municipal systems freeing municipal system main debris which end up making its way to resident home system settling in domestic hot water coils, hot water heaters, toilets, and faucet airators. Out with the old in with the new.

Boiler replacement.

Installation of a new ThermoDynamic HT oil fired hydronic boiler with tankless coil & Beckett burner.

The new boiler well cut the customers oil consumption in half plus a possibly 20% with the hydrostatic modulating triple Aquastat the boilers have been coming with.

Installation of new vent, trap, clean out, & wye 1/8 directional clean out replacing existing.

Previous installer had installed the existing vent, trap, & clean out in the drive way which the customer kept having the clean out plugs getting sheared off and driveway stones filling the traps.

Piped all the risers out of the driveway to keep them protected and accessible.
