Mama’s Reset is officially back!

I have some exciting news… starting the week of August 3rd, I’m officially reopening my schedule!

First, I just want to say thank you to everyone who reached out, checked on me, and patiently waited while I took time away to focus on my health. Your kindness and understanding meant more to me than you’ll ever know.

I’m feeling so much better and am incredibly excited to get back to doing what I love—helping you enjoy clean, peaceful spaces you can truly relax in.

Whether you’re one of my returning clients or you’ve been thinking about booking your first cleaning, I’d love to help!

To my amazing clients (current and future),

I wanted to give everyone a little update.

Unfortunately, I’ve been pretty sick and am currently unable to work. At this time, I’m not sure when I’ll be able to return, and while I wish I had a timeline to give you, I just don’t yet.

If you know me, you know this isn’t easy for me. I truly love what I do, and I miss being in your homes, helping create fresh, clean spaces. Taking this time away has honestly been heartbreaking, but right now I need to focus on getting healthy.

I appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, and support more than you know. As soon as I’m feeling well enough to get back to doing what I love, I’ll post an update and begin scheduling appointments again.

A little clarification, friends.

I’ve had a few people reach out recently asking if I am affiliated with another local business with a similar name.

I just wanted to clear up any confusion and let everyone know that Mama’s Reset is independently owned and operated by me, Hannah.

I started Mama’s Reset in April 2025 with a simple goal: helping busy families feel at peace in their homes again. What started as one mama with cleaning supplies and a dream has grown into something so much bigger because of all of you.

Over the last year, I’ve had the privilege of serving so many incredible families throughout Schertz, Cibolo, Marion, Universal City, and Seguin. Many of you have been with me from the very beginning, and I’ll never be able to fully express how grateful I am for your support, trust, referrals, encouragement, and kindness along the way. 💛

While there may be other businesses with similar names, Mama’s Reset is not affiliated with, partnered with, or connected to any other cleaning or home reset company.

Hi everyone 🤍

I’ve had an influx of business messages come in over the last couple days regarding walkthroughs and scheduling, and I just wanted to say thank you. I truly appreciate every single person reaching out to support my small business.

With it being Memorial Day weekend, summer starting, and yesterday being my girls’ last day of school, I’ll be spending the weekend with my family and will be responding back to everyone Sunday evening.

As a solo professional cleaner, it’s just me behind Mama’s Reset — doing the walkthroughs, responding to every phone call, text, Facebook messages, and email personally.

Another biweekly reset for one of my regulars 💛

Today’s clean focused on the main living spaces — kitchen, dining, and living room — but also included the master bed & bath, TV room, extra half bath, and some hand washed dishes.

This is why I always talk about maintenance cleans making such a difference. When a home is consistently cared for, I’m able to focus on the details that keep everything feeling fresh, calm, and lived in without ever getting overwhelming.
