Janitorial Team Member

Utilize your attention to detail and cleaning skills! M&R Dustbuster is looking for an energetic Janitorial Team Member to help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our clients’ facilities.

Janitorial Team Members

Fully detail floors of facilities by mopping and using vacuum systems

Fully detail the restrooms and other common areas

Clean high walls, air vents, surfaces and empty trash

Stock and maintain supply rooms

Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

Follow all health and safety regulations

Follow and adhere to inspection sheets

Other duties as outlined by supervisors

You will possess

A “Whatever It Takes” attitude; going above and beyond to complete the job and ensure the cleanliness of all facilities

A positive attitude and cooperate with staff, work well on a team and work well on your own

Qualifications

Proven working experience in janitorial services

Must have reliable transportation

Must have a cell phone

Demonstrate that you can work well without supervision

Must be at least 18 years old
