Saturday morning grind! 💪

When customers call, we do our best to answer.

Today, Simmons Power & Soft Wash found themselves in a situation every contractor eventually faces. Their 8 GPM CRX machine finally went down after more than 1,800 hours of hard work in the field.

Instead of waiting on repairs and risking downtime, they made the decision to invest in another machine and keep their operation running.

Let's be honest—1,800 hours of constant use, abuse, maintenance, hot days, long jobs, and everyday wear and tear is a win in our book. Equipment isn't built to last forever, but getting that kind of life out of a machine means it was put to work and earned its keep.

We'll get the original unit repaired and back in service, and now they'll have something every successful contractor needs: a backup plan.

After a great deal of discussion and consideration, Nate and I have made the decision that Wash Works Supply will no longer be stocking Trident paver restoration products.

This was not a decision we made lightly. We have always believed in the Trident brand and continue to stand behind the quality of their products. We have never had anything negative to say about the products themselves and have had great experiences working with them.

Ultimately, this was a business decision. As a distributor, it no longer makes sense for us to dedicate inventory space and resources to a product line while also competing directly with the manufacturer for sales within our local contractor market.

At this time, we have completely sold out of sealer and stripper. We have very limited quantities of PolySweep remaining and still have some joint sand available while supplies last.

We appreciate everyone who has purchased these products from us over the years and thank you for your continued support. This decision simply aligns with the long-term direction and best interests of our business.

There’s something that needs to be said about the equipment industry…

A warranty covers manufacturer defects — not abuse, neglect, improper setup, freezing, chemical damage, running equipment dry, or “my buddy wired it for me.”

And a refund does not mean:
• “I used it for 3 weeks and changed my mind.”
• “I installed it wrong.”
• “I bought the wrong size.”
• “I broke it and now I’m mad.”

At Wash Works Supply we stand behind what we sell, and we go above and beyond to help customers troubleshoot problems every single day. But there has to be accountability in this industry too.

We are here to educate, support, and help contractors succeed — not operate as a free rental house for used equipment.

Before calling screaming that something is “junk,” take a breath and ask questions. Most problems can be solved in 5 minutes with the right information.
