We have all been conditioned to find the lowest price. The best deal. The sale of the season. This leads us to sub par quality, poor customer service, and bad experiences. Lets stop doing that.

As a small business owner I HAVE to make sure my business turns a profit or it isn’t long for this world. Being cheap leads to not being profitable. Not being profitable makes me not want to do the work. Not wanting to do the work makes YOUR experience suck. It’s all downhill from there.

BUT, if I make sure my business is profitable (NOT cheap) I am able to perform the work proudly. I am able to make your experience a pleasant one you tell others about. Being profitable allows me to grow my small business to offer more services that you might need with the same level of quality and the same great experience. That’s what profits afford a small business. Not yachts and parties and fancy cars or trips to space but the ability to stay in business and provide a personable experience.

So, please, next time you are doing business with a small company and having a great experience make sure you pay what it’s worth to them without asking for a discount or a deal. Maybe even tip them if they did a great job on top of their cost. Tell others what they did for you and leave a review wherever you can.

Everything is expensive now. Small businesses aren’t trying to get rich off of you, they just want to be profitable so they can continue to give you the great customer service a small business can give someone.

So, please, don’t be cheap..

Hello,

I just wanted to do a quick post to update you all on the past year of RestorFX of Savannah and me…
I typically don’t discuss my personal business online, but I feel this is important to share.

I was diagnosed back in 2009 with a rare type of cancer called DFSP, (Dermatofibrosarcoma Proturberans), located in my forehead, of all places, where they had to do Mohs Surgery and remove about 3/4 of the skin and muscle tissue from my forehead, followed by a skin graft. The doctors told me that they got it all and it shouldn't come back, but, lucky me, it did come back.! This time it was smack in between my eyebrows and was about the size of half a golf ball. This was around the middle of 2020.

Oct. 30th, 2020, surgery was performed and the tumor was removed, followed by yet another skin graft several months later. Unfortunately, they were not able to remove all of the cancer cells. I was referred to The Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa Florida where they deal with this type and many other types of cancers. I decided to go with the 6-week Radiation Treatments, so they wouldn't have to cut on my face anymore. I started treatments the end of April, 2021 and stayed there for the duration, which lasted until the middle of June, 2021.

I received a total of 28 bouts of radiation. The first half weren’t too bad, but they got progressively worse. To this day, Aug 25th, 2021, my eyes still water all day long and they burn and itch continuously. I am working with my doctors to see an eye specialist to be sure there hasn’t been any extensive damage to my eyes.

I’m currently able to restore a few headlights a week and remove the old PPF Clear Film Bras, but I haven't gotten back to doing the RestorFX part of my business just yet. I am not sure how the fumes from my products will affect my eyes and I don't want to do anything to make them worse.

We have now added a couple new services to be able to add more value for our customers vehicles..
We can remove the old, dingy, cracked, discolored or yellowing Clear Protective Film on the front hood, front fenders, front bumper, headlights & mirrors on your vehicle..

After removing the old PPF Film, you can choose to have just the vehicle's panels RestorFX'ed that had the PPF Film removed from, or we can RestorFX the entire vehicle for you and have it looking like new again..

We can also remove decals, old striping, lettering or even wraps and then if you desire, we can RestorFX the vehicle and have it looking great for you once again..!!

We will give you a quote for these services on an individual basis after we inspect the vehicle to be worked on..

If anyone has a business with a fleet of vehicles, or works at a company that has several people working there that all drive to work and are in need of having their vehicle's headlights restored, I can come out to your place of business and restore these headlights while you are working so you don't have to spend your personal time off sitting around waiting to have your headlights restored..🙁
