Well it’s happened again !!! I have over worked myself right into a torn meniscus in my left knee again 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. Waiting to get into the doctor to get a shot to see if that helps but I already know what the outcome is .
