While leaving my appointment yesterday I received a text message from someone I have cleaned for 19 years. He told me that his wife passed away on the 15th. My cleaning clients are so much more then ppl I clean for. I carry their life celebration,births of their babies,weddings all the good. But let me tell you I feel their loss. To many passing this last year. My heart hurts for the families that chose me to be their cleaner. I pray you all know what you mean to me. I'm gonna get back to all of you as soon as I can.

Hi Extreme Clean Clients,
Due to some health issues, I am currently unable to clean for my clients. I have also found it difficult to find employees who can consistently clean to the standards I have set for Extreme Clean without me being there to oversee the work.
At this time, I am unable to be in clients’ homes due to multiple doctor appointments and my doctors’ orders to significantly reduce my stress levels and focus on my health.
I am hoping to be able to reopen my calendar within the next 60 days, depending on my progress and when my doctors clear me to return to work.
I am truly sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you and your families. Please know that if I had another choice, I would remain open. I value each and every one of my clients and appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support during this unexpected time.
I sincerely hope to be back to cleaning your homes as soon as I am medically able to do so.

This is our beautiful Kim my right hand and sometimes left also. Thank you all for your prayers, cards, donations. We might just be your cleaners but 90% of you made us feel like your friend or your cleaning angels. Now we have a real one. God bless and please show your love to one another! It is with a broken heart to let all of Extreme Cleans clients know that Kim my right hand and sometimes left also has passed lastnight. I will try and keep those that have upcoming appointments what will be done. At this time I need to just grieve and see what this means for the New Year. I’m looking for a house Cleaner immediately, please rearrange your schedule to fit me in, I’m an extremely important person.

I have a husky, 2 kids and 2 cats,
Tasks needed: cobwebs, grout scrubbing, windows, 12 sets of blinds, extensive wall scrubbing, deep clean the inside of all my appliances, including washer & drier, laundry washed and put away. Nothing too crazy.

Even though my house is a disaster, im going to claim I have OCD and hold you to insane standards that I don’t even hold myself to, all because im doing YOU a favor by hiring you to do my grunt work.

Pretty much, i want a brand new house, in 2 hours. Im offering $20/hr because
thats what i feel your work is worth…. After all…. You are JUST a toilet cleaner- right?

This is how some of you new clients sound. How are you still confused you can’t establish and retain a long standing relationship with a cleaner? LOL
