I’m writing this to inform everyone that a Good Samaritan has notified me that one of our Top Load Washers was essentially giving out washes for only $0.25 for many weeks now, when our prices are at $2.50. I just wanted to say that I really appreciate this person for coming forward and letting me know…
I understand that it can be hard to report such things, but given that this is my first time running a business, it really helps me to understand both what’s going right in the laundromat, and what’s going wrong. And having the machines work as intended, including taking the right amount of change, helps me as an owner keep this laundromat both economically healthy, but makes sure I invest enough back into it so it stays up to the standard that the community deserves.
