The homeowner had a leak in the bedroom and bathroom ceilings. This was the culprit of the leak. I'm never surprised. Someone had apparently glued this pipe and it was leaking, so they glued it again and wrapped it with clear food wrap. Yes, rain or shine and the pipe or fittings weren't primed. WOW

Make sure you know where your main water shutoff valve is located and that it is functioning properly. In the event where you turn off the water supply due to busted pipes, make sure your water heater power supply is turned off too.
