We are keeping a close eye on Tropical Storm Milton, which is expected to develop into a Hurricane. Sign up for countywide text notifications by texting BREVARDEOC to 888777. Stay up to date with City information on Facebook. Staff is working on a plan for sandbag distribution, more information to follow. Take the time today to prepare.

Good Afternoon, we are monitoring the storm closely.
Hopefully everyone read the letter we sent out at the beginning of Hurricane season. Hopefully it was important to know what to do a head of storms.

A few highlights !!!!
You can run your pool during the storm.
If you decide to turn it off thats fine too.

Get chlorine and keep it on sight. It becomes unavailable for us as fast as it does for you. We need the jugs we have and can't leave them with you unfortunately.

Don't throw stuff in your pool as it can cause damage to it and it will not be the pool techs job to fish it out after!

Water overflowing is not going to hurt your yard or property. Unless your deck slopes to the house. Know how to let water out ahead of the storm.
We can not take water out of your pool as the pool techs can not open a release valve and wait on your property for an hour or more for and they can not return to check it or close it.
They can release some during the time they are there but it wouldn’t be an efficient amount of water.

We will evaluate the damages and extra clean ups per pool. Storm damage is not part of regular service!

Please don't ask the guys to put up shutters or clear the patio for you as they have a full days work every day and that is not their jobs!

Remember we are all facing this storm!

As far as service we can only play it day by day this week. If they can work getting chemicals in the pool will be the focus. Hopefully everyone is prepared
It's going to get messy. That's nature and sometimes she wins.

We will always put the safety of our pool techs first! If the weather conditions are too dangerous we will be closing. We will do our best to keep everyone updated day by day!
