Well we are a small local business with the dreams of reaching it big. What started out as a side job many years ago has since turned into a great Day to Day operation. What do we do? Well that's a great

question. We do Clean Outs for Estates, Banks, Private Parties and more. We also do small landscaping projects as well. ( I.E. Grass cutting, mulching, w**d pulling, shrub trimming, and more). We also do scrap removal. We clean out houses, barns, attics, and more. From one item, to whole houses filled. What kinds of items do you take? We have a pick up truck, 7x12 dump trailer and a 6x12 enclosed trailer to haul trash away, scrap metal, and pretty much anything else. We don't take anything with asbestos, or dangerous chemicals, We pretty much take anything else. Do you have stuff the trash man won't take? Give us a call and we can make is disappear. Is there anything we don't do? Yes there are some things we don't do. Electrical, Gas, Plumbing, and a few others. Are you Insured? Yes we are Fully Insured. Are you affordable? We strive to make sure we can give you the best possiable price! But keep in mind that there are plenty of other people out in the World who does this sorta thing. So we try our best to keep our prices low and make sure we keep you the Customer happy and returning. Prices vary on jobs, and we always give Free estimates. Important Announcement 📣

There’s a few things we want to update everyone on. Some of them we talked about before others are new.

Effective immediately our minimum pick up will be $150. As much as I hate raising prices, we have to be able to keep up with the raising cost of everything else. The transfer stations and landfill we use have raised their prices to $105+ just to pull on the scale (one item or a whole trailer full). Throw in the price of gas, labor, insurance etc our $125 minimum wasn’t enough. I wish I could control the prices but unfortunately it’s out of my hands.

Mattress and box springs are $35 each. Unfortunately everyone is charging $30+ per mattress and boxspring. Again this is out of my control, I can’t dictate their prices.

This is our busy season and we are in full swing. With that being said, I am also reserving weekends and evenings for family time/me time. Our hours will stay the same Monday-Friday 7AM-5PM (Not including holidays). I’ve been burning the candle with both ends, trying to get everybody done. But that’s leaving me with no time for myself and my family and that’s not fair for them. The money and the jobs will be there but it’s not worth burning myself or missing out on family time. 🥱

Communication: It’s best to text then call me. I don’t always see messages on here. And sometimes, I forget to return phone calls. Please believe me when I say it’s nothing personal. I just get sidetracked a lot. I will do my best to return phone calls in a timely manner. But please respect the after hours/and closed hours.

Schedule: We are booking up weeks if not months in advance. I will always do my best to accommodate everybody. But sometimes it’s just not possible. We are booking for end of May, June 1st-12 22-30th, July 1st-3rd, 6th-31st. 📆

We will continue to do our best and provide the best of the best service that we can. We are not the cheapest, but we’re not the most expensive. With us you truly do get the best of the best. ❤️

Important Announcement:📣 2026 Season Pricing Update.

Our busy season is in full swing. I’m forever grateful for all the work and our clients who trust us to get their jobs done. There’s a few things I have to update everyone on.

Effective immediately we will have to raise our fees on some items. Unfortunately this is out of our control as the landfill/transfer stations we use raised their prices and are adding on additional fees for items such as gas, and mattresses.

Also any mattresses/box springs will be $35 per mattress per box spring. Unfortunately this is becoming a new thing that the transfer stations we use are starting to do.

We will continue to try and be “The best of the best”. Hard work and great customers is whats keeping our business thriving ! ❤️ We couldn’t do this with out you!

2026 is flying by and we are working 7 Days a week. I apologize if I haven’t called/texted you back. I often get over worked and forget about things. It’s nothing personal, please feel free to reach back out if you dont hear from us in a few days. ❤️

Taking some time to update our schedules and price list. Each job is priced accordingly and based on the work needed done to complete the job.

Booking for second week of May, parts of June, and July 2026.

Price list as follows:
$125 minimum for pick ups.
Fill up our 6x12 dump trailer $600 per 🚚
Enclosed 7x16 trailer $800 per
Mattress/Box Springs are $35 each.
Hot tub removal starting at $400 (must be drained and disconnected from all electrical supply)
Shed demo starting at $350
Swimming pool demo starting at $300
Paint/stain $3 per gallon.
Tires starting at $7 per tire.
Tvs starting at $15 per tv.
Projection and Floor model TVS are $50
Carpet, padding, tac strips and staples $200 per room. (Steps $225)

Hourly rate of $150 for demo/misc jobs.

(Prices for trailers includes one hour of labor, trash fees, and gas).

We do require half up front on all jobs over $600, the other half will be required once the job is complete .

Items we can take, 📺 Tvs, 🎨 Paint, 🛞 tires and so much more.

Items we can NOT take:
Biohazard ☣️
Radioactive
Items covered in blood.
Explosives.
Certain chemicals.
Drug paraphernalia. (including items that may or may not have been in contact with drug paraphernalia )

*We can refuse to take any item based on our safety. We will gladly give you information on how to have them removed.

🛑 We are not a moving company. We are a junk removal company. Our services are NOT free, nor do we do any sort of buy outs. I will gladly recommend you to trusted people who I know and have used who are professionals in these categories.

We aren’t the cheapest junk removal in the area, nor are we the most expensive. We try our best to be as cost effective to our clients as possible. Please note that there are certain items we are not legally allowed to dispose of. (Explosives, hazardous chemicals, bio hazard ⚠️, etc) We will gladly refer you to someone who can.

We are a small business with the hopes of growing into a larger business. I’m learning things along the way and making the best out of what we do. Building a reputation isn’t easy, and I’m definitely thankful for everyone who’s helped make this all happen. The best kind of advertisement is word of mouth and it’s free! July will be 10 years since I started I Noah Guy. I’ve seen many things, I’ve learned many things. One of them is safety. Today we did a hot tub removal then a basement clean out. I tell everyone from my crew to my customers please don’t hide things from us, (black bagging items, chemicals etc). This can be dangerous to us and others. We always try and look though items before we just toss them in.

I made a mistake today and didn’t look though a few boxes before I unloaded them into the dump trailer. Inside one of these boxes was a lithium ion battery. It should have never been in the dump trailer, that was my mistake. I came home and was throwing my own garage away and I smelled smoke. Thinking someone is burning yard waste I wasn’t to worried until I came to the dump trailer and saw smoke. Ran and got the hose and started moving stuff around to find a small fire developed under the pile of garbage in the back of the dump trailer. Thankfully it was able to be put out and I didn’t have to call 911, but holy moly that was the closest I ever came to having to call 911 for a dumpster fire.

Thanks to whatever guardian angel was watching over, drinks are on me next time I see ya 😉

Safety is key! Always carry a fire extinguisher, and make sure not to ever throw away combustible material.

Important Information: Resharing again.

We haven’t posted here recently with how busy we are it’s hard to update sometimes. I wanted to discuss a few things that have been mentioned before but need mentioned again.

#1. We are a junk removal company. Our services include but not limited to estate clean outs, bank repos, property clean outs, residential and commercial properties.

#2. Our service is NOT free. We do have a minimum of $125 pick up. Every job is different and priced accordingly we will do our best to get you the best possible quote on your projects..

#3. We are NOT a moving company, we understand this maybe confusing, and will gladly recommend a professional moving company to you. We are not professional organizers, we can’t help you organize your stuff. That’s just not something we do.

#4. We do NOT buy out estates, nor do we do consignments. Unfortunately we don’t have the room to do these type of things. I’ll gladly give you some numbers of people who maybe able to help with this.

#5. More recently we’ve had clients come to us with needing our services done ASAP because of a closing or an emergency comes up. We understand things happen, but whenever a “rush job” is needed the price does go up significantly. More recently clients have had estate sales and need the property cleaned out on Monday morning and the closing is Tuesday but we don’t get a call until Saturday night. I can’t stress this enough please please please plan accordingly. We are booked out weeks sometimes months in advance. I can’t move someone who’ve I’ve had on the schedule before you, just to accommodate your “emergency”.

This is our busy season and like all the years past we are working pretty much non-stop. Weekends are for family time. Please respect this time. We are available Monday-Friday 7AM-5PM

As always I value our customers, and I thank each and everyone of you for the continued support overs the years. I look forward to continuing to grow and expand. ❤️
