Sunday 3/15/26 5:30pm announcement:

Although the plows have been doing a wonderful job today and the blizzard warning has dropped down to a winter storm warning, I have still decided to push all routes back one day this week due to the high wind. I went out for a test drive and there are some drifts starting and the visibility is poor in some areas (not to mention the potential for blown over carts). Therefore routes will look like this:

Monday 3/16/26: no trucks running
MONDAY routes - picked up on Tuesday 3/17/26
TUESDAY routes - picked up on Wednesday 3/18/26
WEDNESDAY routes - picked up on Thursday 3/19/26
THURSDAY routes - picked up on Friday 3/20/26

Mother Nature is at it again! We are going to move all routes back one day the rest of this week. We spend our Tuesdays in Rice Lake and the predicted freezing rain and dense fog there today is the reason for our shift. Routes will look like this:

Tuesday 1/6/26: no trucks running
TUESDAY routes - picked up on Wednesday 1/7/26
WEDNESDAY routes - picked up on Thursday 1/8/26
THURSDAY routes - picked up on Friday 1/9/26

Sunday 12/28/25 announcement:

We decided to shift all routes due to the amount of snow that we’re getting. We’d like to give people time to clear their driveways, and the plows a chance to clear the roads without our carts in the way.

💥MONDAY ROUTES💥 please check your email as I’m shifting all but one route to Tuesday. One of my drivers had made arrangements to be off Tuesday, so *just his* Monday routes will move to Wednesday.

We have made the decision to push routes back one day this week. It was a tough call as some of the roads we run are clear already (thanks to our county’s plow guys!), but most of our routes are rural and those roads and driveways need some more time.

Due to the current winter storm we are experiencing, we have made the decision to shift WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY routes one day this week.

I’m feeling warm and fuzzy and just want to THANK all of the wonderful customers that we have ❤️❤️ There are pros and cons to dealing with a small business. Pro is that you always talk with me, not a random person in another state. We get to know eachother and I like that! Con is that sometimes I have to be a mom and I just can’t be at my desk. This week, I am at a 3-day horse camp with our daughter and her days are packed from 6am until 8pm. She is having a blast! I try and maintain good communication at all times with our current and future customers, so I changed my voicemail to explain the situation and that I’ll return missed calls and messages this Friday when I return. I can’t say how good it feels listening to these wonderful messages you all are leaving 🥹🥰 I’ve been so stressed missing calls and I’m sitting here listening to those missed call messages feeling so happy.

So, thank you.

‼️❄️📣 Weather update 📣❄️‼️
Due to the road conditions from the sleet/snow storm today (Sunday 3/30/25), we will be shifting ALL routes one day this week.

We have received word that township plows have not gone out and being that the majority of our routes are rural, we have decided to keep our drivers and equipment off the roads Monday 3/31.

Routes will look like this:
MONDAY routes - picked up on Tuesday 4/1
TUESDAY routes - picked up on Wednesday 4/2
WEDNESDAY routes - picked up on Thursday 4/3
THURSDAY routes - picked up on Friday 4/4

Monday route emails went out.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday route emails will go out tomorrow.
