When we’re working in your home, you’re trusting us with your space—and we’re trusting that the environment will be safe and predictable. Please notify us ahead of time if any third-party providers (pest control, delivery/repairs, yard/utility workers, etc.) need to come inside during your scheduled clean.
If someone arrives unexpectedly, our policy is to keep the door closed, reach out to you, and reschedule if needed. This protects you, your property, and our team.

Safety & Access Policy
• Clients must inform us in advance of any visitors or service providers who will enter the home during a cleaning window.
• Our team will not admit anyone we’re not expecting. If an unannounced visitor arrives, we’ll contact the client and may pause or reschedule the service.
• If entry is required for another provider, please coordinate times so we are not in the home at the same time.
These practices help us safeguard your home, our staff, and your appointment schedule.
