Built on a Solid Frame.
Framing is complete on this project. New partitions are going up for the laundry room, the kitchen island shelf, and a separate toilet and shower area, plus a niche built in for the future.
Next up: licensed plumbers come in to handle their stage. Every phase of this project is done by licensed specialists, and working with permits keeps everything done right.

Day One on a New Project.
First day of demolition on this property — fully permitted and ready to go. Today’s task: clear the entire floor, including the kitchen, garage, and a couple of beautiful old arches.

Everything removed carefully and hauled out, with the garage already neatly organized for pickup. Next up: pulling carpet, crown molding, baseboards, and the remaining arches, to get the walls completely flat and ready for a modern new look.

Stay tuned as we follow this project from start to finish.

Full Exterior Repaint — Done Right.
This house got a complete transformation: repainted in a light color with Urban Bronze accents on the soffits, gutters, and trim. The garage got the same treatment, cleaning up areas that were rough around the edges.

Even the old fence got a second life — paired in the same light color and Urban Bronze, it’s now one of the best parts of the whole property.

Just one door left to paint, then a final cleanup, and this house will be ready for its owner.

Lanai Transformation: Before & After.
From Worn Wood to a Relaxation Retreat 🌿

This lanai used to be old, rusty, and worn down. Now it’s freshly painted — posts, ceiling, and all — coming together as a beautiful outdoor relaxation space.

It wasn’t easy — the wood kept absorbing the primer, so we went back over it a few times to get it right. Still a work in progress, but already looking like a whole new space.

New Project: Apartment Remodel Begins.
Another Property, Another Transformation.

Starting demolition on this apartment remodel — removed the old vinyl flooring, and now prepping the walls throughout.

The plan: fix peeling and damaged walls, remove baseboards, patch and level everything, box around the plumbing, and add updated lighting. Kitchen and bathroom are next in line for the same treatment.

Follow along as we take this space from outdated to fully renovated.
