We are currently looking for a Pool Cleaner Technician to be a part of the Bella Pool Family.
While ideally experience in pool cleaning would be preferred and needed, we will consider training for this position.
POOR ATTENDANCE AND TARDINESS, WILL NOT BE TOLERATED
Position available:
Full-time Pool Cleaner Technician
Monday - Friday (occasional Saturday on holiday weeks)
Responsibilities:
Checking and balancing of pool Chemistry
Cleaning of pools ie. Brushing, netting, tile cleaning, vacuuming of pools
Cleaning of pool filters, emptying of pool baskets, overall visual inspection of pool system
Arriving to job sites on time, keeping a maintenance log of each pool
Reporting back to management of any issues at each job site

Requirements:
MUST BE FLORIDA RESIDENT AND LIVE IN THE VENICE/SARASOTA/MANATEE AREA
Arrive to work on time on your scheduled work day
Stamina to work outdoors in the Florida heat and all weather conditions for extended periods of time
Carry all equipment from truck to pool deck
Ability to carry and lift a min of 50 lbs as well as kneel and bend down
Self starter / able to work independently
Good Work Ethics and Communication Skills
Time management
Reliability and attention to detail
Pass a drug and background check
Clean driving record min 4 years
Reliable transportation to get to work
Great customer service skills
Use of Smartphone/ tablet
Pay:
Starting pay will be based on experience
Experience is not necessary for this position and training is provided for all hires
