Today, we celebrate the woman whose courage, care, and determination have shaped Caribbean Cleaning SRQ from the very beginning.
Linda has given so much of herself to this company. She has worked through the long days, carried the responsibility when things felt heavy, supported her team, cared for her clients, and continued believing in the vision even when the road was not easy. With Víctor (her partner in crime), her family, and the people who have grown beside her, she has turned Caribbean into more than a cleaning company. She has created a team, opportunities, trusted relationships, and a standard built around genuine care.
She is a mother, a partner, a founder, and the kind of leader who never forgets the people behind the work. Her strength does not always need to be loud. You can see it in the way she keeps going, the way she protects what she has built, and the way she continues showing up for everyone around her.
