Same shop on North Lime Avenue since 1950.

Richard runs our wash floor, and he's been cleaning rugs for 65 years. There isn't much a rug can throw at him that he hasn't already seen. It's also why we're the only Master Rug Cleaner certified plant in Central and South Florida.

Bring yours by and meet him. Drop-off is free.

One wash, one week.

This is the difference between a rug that's been vacuumed and one that's actually been cleaned. Vacuums get the top. We get the foundation, where the grit that wears out the fibers lives.

Drop-off at the shop is free. Pickup and delivery in Sarasota is $99.

Heading back to Sarasota for the season?

A rug that sat closed up all summer has been soaking up humidity for months. Get it washed before the house fills up with guests. Turnaround is typically one to two weeks, so now's the time.

Pickup and delivery anywhere in Sarasota is $99, or drop it at the shop for free.

Left side: what came in. Right side: what went home.

Nothing on this rug was ruined. It was buried under years of fine grit and Florida humidity. A full wash brings the colors back up to where they started.

Drop-off at the shop is free. Pickup and delivery in Sarasota is $99.

Dogs and rugs can coexist.

Accidents that soak into the foundation won't come out with a spot cleaner. They come out in the wash, because the whole rug gets rinsed through, not just the surface.

If you've got a rug you've been quietly rolling up when guests come over, bring it in. We've seen worse.

Drop-off at the shop is free. Pickup and delivery in Sarasota is $99.

This one came in looking tired and went home looking like it did in the showroom.

The colors weren't faded. They were buried. A proper wash pulls the dust and soil out of the foundation, not just off the surface, and the pattern comes back on its own.

If you're not sure whether yours needs it, bring it by and we'll take a look. Drop-off is free. Pickup and delivery in Sarasota is $99.

People ask why we don't just clean rugs in the house.

Short answer: you can't dust a rug on a floor.

At the plant, every rug is dusted first. That's where most of the grit lives, deep in the foundation where a vacuum never reaches. Then it's washed and pressure-rinsed, wrung out, and hung to dry. No soaking, no days of dampness, no residue left in the pile.

It's slower than a truck-mount. That's the point.

Drop-off at the shop is free. Pickup and delivery in Sarasota is $99.

Same rug, one week apart.

Years of foot traffic and Florida humidity on the left. Fresh off the wash floor on the right.

Hand-woven rugs are made to be washed. Most just never get the chance. If yours has been "fine" for a while, it's probably due.

Drop it at the shop for free, or we pick up and deliver anywhere in Sarasota for $99.
