🧼💦 SANTEE SPECIAL — Filter Clean + Phosphate Treatment for $180!

Heavy winds and rain wash phosphates into your pool — and phosphates are algae food. After a storm, your filter is working overtime and your water chemistry is off.

For Santee residents: get a full filter clean AND a phosphate treatment for $180. Call for details.

🧼 SANTEE FILTER CLEAN SPECIAL — $120 💦

When was the last time your pool filter got a real deep clean? Dirty cartridges choke your pump, cloud your water, and run up your power bill.

For a limited time, Santee homeowners get a full filter clean for $120: we pull the cartridges, deep-clean every pleat, check the grids and O-rings, and put everything back together right — like this one. 👆

🌧️🍂 After heavy wind and rain, this is the step most people skip — and it is the one that saves your pool.

Storms wash dirt, leaves, and yard runoff straight into your pool, and that runoff is loaded with phosphates — algae food. Leave them in and a clear pool turns green fast, no matter how much chlorine you throw at it.

That is why we treat with Orenda PR-10,000 phosphate remover after storm cleanups. That white cloud in the first photo? That is it pulling phosphates out on contact — starve the algae before it starts.

And dose matters: follow the manufacturer directions on the back. The right amount depends on your pool size and how high your phosphates are — we test first, then treat.

Post-storm cleanups + phosphate treatment — we are in your neighborhood. Call or text (619) 672-5404.
