We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to join our team in a professional, casual work environment. The ideal candidate will bring solid retail management experience, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, provide excellent customer service, and maintain smooth operations. All necessary training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily store operations and ensure a positive customer experience
-Communicate effectively with multiple vendors and manage ongoing vendor relationships
-Utilize various computer programs to track inventory, sales, and store performance
-Think quickly and solve problems with professionalism and confidence
-Foster a collaborative and supportive atmosphere for both customers and employees
Qualifications:
-Previous retail management experience preferred
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
-Comfortable working with different computer programs
-Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
