A little tip for baseboards:

Do not spray them first if they are dusty.
I know, everybody wants to spray and wipe.

But when dust is dry, remove it dry first.
Use a duster, vacuum brush, or dry microfiber cloth.

Then wipe with cleaner if it still needs it.

If you spray dusty baseboards right away, the dust turns into gray paste and now you are working harder.

Dry dust first.
Then clean.

Much easier, and the baseboards look nicer.

A cleaning tip that saves time:

If a surface has a lot of dust, don't spray cleaner first.

For streak-free glass, professional cleaners usually care about three things:

less product, cleaner cloth, and a dry finish.

Most streaks happen because there is too much spray left on the glass, or the cloth already has cleaner, dust, or fabric softener on it.

Try this:

Use a small amount of glass cleaner.
Wipe with one clean microfiber cloth.
Then finish with a second dry cloth.

That last dry wipe is the part many people skip.

For shower glass or hard-water spots, regular glass cleaner may not be enough. That usually needs a mineral remover first, then rinse, then dry.

Simple rule from LZ:

If the glass looks cloudy, it may need buildup removed.
If the glass looks streaky, it probably needs less product and a better final wipe. 🧽
