Job Title: Construction Laborer
Employment Type: Full Time (40 hours/week)
Years of Experience: 0-3 years (Training Provided)
Pay Rate: $18-$23 per hour (Based on experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task. Properly follow all company policies and OSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
-Follow direction of Foreman as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or jobsite.
-May need to operate power tools.
-Physical labor including: digging, lifting, carrying, and moving material, tools and supplies.
-Some specialized tasks may require on-the job training.
-Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements:
-High School diploma or equivalent.
-Must be willing to travel to and from jobsites with reliable transportation.
-Must be team, solution, and safety oriented.
-Experience working in an outdoor construction environment a plus.
-Must be able to do physical labor for 8 hours per day and lift a minimum of 40lbs.
-Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions; ability to listen and comprehend instructions accurately.
-Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Typical Working Schedule • 40hrs/week • 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
