Lenz Pest Control is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized person to join our Santa Barbara office team. You’ll answer calls and emails, sell our pest control services, and help new customers get started by setting up their accounts and scheduling their first service. You’ll also handle appointment confirmations and changes, as well as support daily office operations.

📍 Santa Barbara, CA · Full-time, in person
💵 Starting pay of $26/hour. Pay is reevaluated after the probationary period.
🗓️ Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

Benefits include 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage after the probationary period, plus paid holidays, 401 (k) Retirement Plan, end of year bonus, and monthly sales bonus opportunities.
