Responsibilities
* Perform thorough cleaning duties across various settings, including homes, offices, and AirBnB's
* Handle floor care tasks such as mopping, vacuuming to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
* Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
* Manage laundry responsibilities when required, including washing, folding, and organizing linens.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
* Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe work environment
* Assist with custodial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment
Requirements
* Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not nessessary
* Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
* Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and Owner
* Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
* Basic knowledge of laundry processes and housekeeping management is advantageous
* A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service in all aspects of the role
